We are an independent cultural consultancy (established in 2000) specialising in strategy development, building investment streams, advocacy and multidisciplinary project management. Our achievements include managing significant cultural programmes across the UK, securing high levels of financial investment for clients and delivering feasibility studies that have led to the start up of new organisations and projects.
The consultancy specialises in creating integrated long term strategies and action research projects – some of these are programmes that are nurtured for up to 5 years; whilst others are shorter, with immediate impact. The company utilises a range of specialist consultants and has networks across the sectors.
museumaker is a prestigious national project involving sixteen museums across the country. It is supported by Arts Council England (ACE), Museums, Libraries and Archives Council (MLA) and its Renaissance Programme. As well as offering new experiences for existing museum visitors, museumaker is establishing innovative ways of developing audiences. Each museum has commissioned one or more outstanding makers to create innovative new work – an imaginative interchange between the heritage and contemporary sectors.
